How we work around a business
Commercial cleaning is a scheduling job as much as a cleaning job. We work before open or after close, keep water and hoses clear of entrances, and leave surfaces dry enough to walk before the first customer does.
The cleaning itself follows the same surface logic as everything we do: hot high pressure and a surface cleaner for concrete, soft washing for painted surfaces, storefront facades and awnings. Runoff gets directed away from storm drains, which matters most on greasy pads.

Yes, that's the normal way we schedule commercial work. Before opening or after closing, so the entrance is never blocked during business hours and everything is dry by the time customers arrive.

Do you need our water supply?
Usually. An accessible exterior spigot or hose bib is the standard setup, and we'll confirm where it is when we quote. If the property doesn't have usable exterior water, tell us up front and we'll plan the job around it.
